By accessing the bba88 platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bba88 with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall take precedence in respect of the matter it addresses.

Your continued use of bba88 following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Where a material change is made, bba88 will notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all cases. Translations, summaries, or paraphrases provided for convenience carry no legal weight.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on bba88. By registering, you warrant that you are aged 18 or above. bba88 operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, and the full deposited balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting any winnings generated.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times. bba88 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one bba88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest registered one may be closed and any balances in duplicate accounts forfeited. bba88 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bba88 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of account use, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bba88 may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3.5 Geographic Eligibility. bba88 targets players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms & Conditions. bba88 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit any balance belonging to a Player found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.

4.1 Deposits. bba88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. bba88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bba88 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bba88 account balance within 60 seconds. Card deposits are processed immediately upon authorisation. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to payment gateway maintenance, public holidays, or network disruptions — processing may take longer. bba88 will notify affected Players where delays are anticipated.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account (or a verified alternative method where the original method is no longer available). All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion. bba88 reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to three hours. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. bba88 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, external processing times are outside our control.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be amended from time to time. Players who have active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may not be able to withdraw their full real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirements are met or the Bonus Funds are forfeited.

4.6 Inactive Account Deductions. An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and carries a positive balance may be classified as inactive. bba88 will notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity fee. Inactivity fees, where applicable, are set out in the cashier help section and will not reduce any account balance below zero.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between this section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry date are stated on each promotion's dedicated page. bba88 does not apply hidden wagering requirements; all conditions are published clearly before a player opts in.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, household, device, and IP address. bba88 reserves the right to withdraw or withhold a bonus at any time if it determines that a Player is exploiting promotional terms or engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bet credits that are not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds, potential suspension of the account, and may result in permanent closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing bets in a manner designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (also known as "low-risk wagering" or "bonus hunting"), including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same market across different accounts.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
• Colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.

5.6 Seasonal and Sporting Promotions. bba88 regularly publishes seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — as well as ongoing daily and weekly reload offers. All such promotions are governed by the general terms in this section alongside any promotion-specific conditions. Players are encouraged to review the promotions page regularly and to contact support if they have any questions about a specific offer.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bba88 are subject to acceptance by the platform. bba88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it believes a bet has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the bba88 sportsbook are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. bba88 does not accept responsibility for any loss arising from a Player's failure to verify the odds applicable to their bet at the time of placement.

6.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are governed by the same general rules as pre-match markets. bba88 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during key sporting events. Bets already accepted prior to suspension will stand subject to standard settlement rules. bba88 accepts no responsibility for internet connection issues that prevent a Player from placing or amending an in-play bet.

6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any casino game, slot, live dealer table, or crash game on the bba88 platform, bba88 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and return stakes to the relevant Players' accounts. Wins generated during a verified malfunction will not be honoured. bba88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve technical issues promptly and to notify affected Players.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game or sports bet, bba88's server records will determine the final game state and outcome. bba88 recommends that all Players use a stable internet connection when placing bets or playing casino games.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. bba88 may apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or weekly winnings. Applicable limits are stated in game-specific rules or in the sportsbook terms. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount will be credited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bba88. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Underage gambling. Accessing or using bba88 if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting, enabling, or facilitating underage gambling in any way.
2. Fraudulent activity. Using stolen, counterfeit, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; charging back a deposit after using those funds to bet; or attempting to defraud bba88 or other players in any manner.
3. Money laundering. Using the bba88 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
4. Collusion and match-fixing. Colluding with other players, with athletes, officials, or third parties to fix the outcome of any sporting event or casino game; or placing bets based on inside information not publicly available.
5. Use of automated tools. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over bba88 or other players.
6. Account sharing. Sharing your bba88 Login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
7. Abusive behaviour. Directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory language at bba88 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or community features.

bba88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected financial crime. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

8.1 Closure by bba88. bba88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been violated; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account presents a risk to bba88, other players, or third parties.

8.2 Closure by Player. Players may close their bba88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict or stop their gambling activity may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, bba88 will make reasonable efforts to prevent access to the account. 8.4 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether by bba88 or by the Player — access to the platform will be revoked. bba88 retains the right to maintain transaction records and account information for a period required by applicable data retention obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened once the closure has been confirmed, except at bba88's sole discretion in cases of self-exclusion expiry.

9.1 Platform Availability. bba88 aims to maintain uninterrupted 24/7 platform availability; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. bba88 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bba88 excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) any loss arising from your reliance on content published on the platform; (d) any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials; or (e) any loss arising from events beyond bba88's reasonable control, including payment gateway failures, telecommunications outages, or acts of government.

9.3 Third-Party Games. Casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and slot titles available on bba88 are supplied by independent third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bba88 does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a malfunction or error in third-party game software, beyond returning stakes for affected bets as set out in Section 6.4.

9.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bba88's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bba88 operates. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

bba88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bba88 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
